USA- I am trying to get divorced from my wife. We’ve been separated for almost 10 years now. Not a great relationship currently but we both wish to get divorced. I prefer not to ask a judge or give him/her authority to administer my/our property (children, finances) or go through their procedures . If she’s on board, what is the best way to bring it before our public servant (judge) to grant us our wishes.
