We bought a 40 acre property in Queensland Australia under the title of a non-registered unit trust (set up by Solutions Empowerment under Common Law of the Commonwealth of Australia) with the intention to share the property with others of mankind via agreement of buying trust units which gives access to designated allocated plots (inspired by Anastasia and the Ringing Cedars of Russia). We have a detailed landshare agreement document however at this stage have not found any souls whom are aligned with our values (i.e. aspiring and committed to living in harmony with gods laws of love). After listending to all the knoweldge you share we’re now questioning whether this was a wise decision and whether we should transfer the property title into our private names (as man and woman) and create our own true private trust and landshare agreement. I’ve heard you share that a true private trust can simply be a few sentences on a piece of paper. Is this still correct and if so, can you provide a little more guidance on how this might work in a landshare arrangement (as opposed to just a family trust)? I’m feeling that ideally it would be a scenario where those of mankind could come and stay for a while (as a trial) and if they felt to stay here long-term they could donate funds to us and we would have a private agreement giving them rights to live on the land long-term (or ideally in perpetuity as long as they (nor their descendants) do not contravine the terms in the landshare agreement). However if it didn’t work out and they wanted to move on (or we have to ask them to leave), they could on-sell their allocated plot to another man/woman who is aligned (via donation). Your thoughts/feelings? We understand there are many risks in this situation, however given that many can no longer afford to buy their own property, we’d love to offer this opportunity to a select few.
