I think the question being asked here is, at what court location should the claim be pressed should it come to that point?
In this instance it a question of the law approach (as a man or woman who expresses his or her rights in choosing a court location) as opposed to legal approach (assuming the legal system dictates the court venue, thus playing by the rules of the ‘monopoly’ game), if it ever gets to court. Furthermore, filing at a court that is out of state for those of mankind receiving the notices would provide additional incentive to settle out of court…
