What stops these corrupt institutions from ignoring or acting in violence against individuals who declare sovereignty? Why would they care to accept our claims?

How practical is it to live our lives outside – i.e., out of or beyond the reach of – the exploitative and oppressive legal systems that they have created and enforced upon us all over the earth? Can I really successfully tell a cop that they have no jurisdiction to request me to provide a driver license, car registration, auto insurance, etc.? What if a judge simply orders law enforcement officers to physically preclude my capacity to challenge their claim of jurisdiction over me, like they did to Austin Whitsitt (a flat earther who challenged their jurisdiction to restrict his free speech)? I could give more examples, but these few should suffice.
How can we rely on the law of i to work when those in positions of power (e.g. the “police”) disregard any “Notice” and act brutally?

We in Australia are being rail roaded and any attempt to reclaim natural freedom is being quashed severely. Are we in for an era of oppression?
