Are you speaking of tresspass in the sense of someone entering your property unlawfully or in general to mean any negative action towards you by another? If a crime has been committed and you can prove the essential elements of that cause of action, then write up a lawsuit and sue the offender. Why would you be asking multiple times for someone to stop infringing your rights?
