will you lay out the plan with the details of each step on how to protect oneself without going to court (names of documents, templates for each) and when going to court.

in my belief now is the thought that i need to do an Affidavit of Truth, with a Claim to a Man and i question how to do process of service for my court of record? it is my court, so why would i follow the legal system's process of service, or do i need to and why? i can also do a Demand for Discovery and ask questions that need to be answered that lead to no jurisdiction, correct? Or is there an easier way?

i have had a problem getting bakersfield california woman who is acting as court clerk, tamarah harber-pickens, to file anything for me or for my daughter over the years. so i get stopped right away. i have even done a document giving reasons by law and by legal but realize i was addressing the tamarah, the clerk, and not tamarah, the woman, probably always. i do my documents as such:

put the name of court and the county as is done in california.

one thing that i have done over the years (12 years) is make too many changes in how i put what i am called, and i wonder if that puts me in dishonor?
