Is it possible to hold court as a wo/man before a magistrate/jury and bring multiple different but related claims before the court i.e. where many wo/man have conspired to cause i several different harms?

i; shall say; yes because as long as each man/woman were given correspondences, notices, and opportunity to remedy their part in the trespass then we shall be able to bring in the enitre bregade.
the question is very important as to state;
if i, have over 25 cases, and never received remedy; do i, start with filing one action (case) at law, as one man, against other man/woman and bring them all in as trespass by way of conspiracy, to all of the notice of associated cases… notice of associated man and woman claim to have cause multiple trespass against one woman/man ?
I have this exact same issue, they are all agents of one municipal corporation called a city, they act as Police Officers, Prosecutor, City Attorney, Judge, Board of Directors, and the City’s principal called a mayor, I wish to hold each one accountable for their part in giving orders to their subservient agents to effectuate a conspiratorial scam perpetrating fraudulent juridical authority with preplanned intent to trespass on my rights by way of intimidation by threat, theft, extortion, assault, in violations of their own codes and corporate charter.
Also is there any way to address the corporate entities by means of the law of man through the violation of their contractual obligation to the People?
