i, comprehend John’s advice about being a licensed driver and that we agree to abide by rules for safety when we accept this privilege; does this same advice apply for parking tickets which are becoming astronomical; for a long time i, have lived under the karmic law of do no harm but as a woman, i, make mistakes; i, parked for five minutes one day in an area that would not cause harm, block access or the view of drivers and pedestrians; i, received a parking fine by a mobile parking officer who drives around taking pictures of naughty citizens breaking ‘the law’; if this is a wrong, i, am happy to accept the fine but four hundred dollars is for a five minute lapse of judgement is extortion; i, would like to know, does having no licence, in an unregistered vehicle, remove the authority from police officers, mobile speed and ticket cameras; i, have no intention of being reckless or lawless but it feels wrong with everything i, have learnt about our corrupt governments.

i, shall make comment from the states, to the parking issue,
as far as i, can see…
on one hand, the only man / woman whom cause a harm upon or to i, is the one we give notice to, any other entity, is in their bailiwick;
it is not the STATE OF COLORADO verses (all caps XY & Z) if you, as woman, cause no harm to a living woman or man or another’s property even if allegedly owned by the state or government then this law common to i, stands true;
so play with it so you, get the experience on how the man, (Johnny law) acting sometimes as a parking policy-enforcer, receives it, and what the man does with it, and most likely sounds like policy enforcer will drop it against you,
as far as the karmic law ( cause and effect) if the effect does no man or woman harm then the cause cannot be negative however, the cause of the policy enforcer, does cause you harm, and you did not cause any one else harm the karmic effect is negative on the man acting as a policy enforcer,

Under UCC (Uniform Commercial Code), which underpins maritime law used in the courts, you only need a license for commercial use on public roads – then you are driving. If you only use your car for private use, you are travelling, and do not need a drivers license. Nor do you need to register your car. There is a correct procedure for legally deregistering your car under UCC. Once you deregister your car you do not need to adhere to the codes and statutes relating to driving on public roads. However, you do have a moral responsibility do travel in such a way as to do no harm.
Thank you for these very valuable responses Adam and emyr; I have some documents on UCC and will continue my learning journey. Gratitude.
