crossing boarder into canada. I have canadian passport and partner has us passport. we are married. not filling out arrive cam which is a contract consenting to quarantining and testing if unvaccinated is an automatic fine. not having a vax pass is an automatic fine. i have been in the states with my husband for awhile and both of us wanting to go back to canada

I would think, you advise, if their intention is to fine you, take the fine ( dont sign anything if possible, or sign and write ” under duress”) and then treat it in the same way as an unjust speeding ticket. So, get your freedom first, then sort out the extortion attempt after you are safely where you want to be. I refused to vote in Australia, was threarened a small fine of 20 dollars if I submitted and signed consent for 20 dollars with a reasonable excuse. Otherwise, face 220 dollars or prosecution. I look forward to being summonsed! A cop was looking for me, could it be paperwork for not voting for a criminal organisation that sells drugs, rapes children and steals realestate? I have plenty of proof why it would be a violation of self and God, to particioate in any way with crime or fund it further.
