USA parents murdered by a son who is in custody pending physc eval for competance etc. If found incompetent can i sue for harm?

   Your questions:
   . If found incompetent can i sue for harm?

   Whether a woman / man is competent to stand trial is one thing for a crime,
   however, when any injury occurs, there is always some form of insurance covering that woman/man, child, state, animal (as in the owner of the animal) or for the ward of the state, the County/state/ federal government) through the (B.C.) Birth certificate;
   “ Backed by full faith and credit by the United States of America….”
   As the B.C. is a bond, and people are using for many things to offset discharge, etc…. which means it is back by uSA;

   i,: a man; am with thought, if he is competent, he stands trial for murder by way of murder for the crimes against another man woman not the ens legis (thing) fictitious corporations;
   the thing cannot ever harm or be harmed it must take a man or woman… which is why we file against the man/woman…. For trespass by way of…. and stay out of their corpsoration courts…… and in return we open up our courts….
   I: adam daniels; court; …. Using the state/federal court buildings as our vehicle into receiving our remedy….
   incompetent, then would it not be that the state takes over his trust until, he ever becomes competent;

   also, my question is that when a man or woman whom is not of the age of majora-ty; or is disabled, (ADA) mentally, emotionally, or insane (out of her/his mind at the time)……. does cause harm by way of trespass by: XY & or Z;
   when the (ward of the state) man or woman who may be insured, via, birth certificate, auto insurance, home owners insurance, life insurance etc… which is why it is called insurance;
   would it be correct to state: that I; meaning I, you, meaning you, can receive compensation by way of man/woman (wards) insurance as this is why we are insured…. to cover our trespass of harm by way of auto accident, home… on a slip and fall or in the grocery store slip and fall or a rack of whatever falls over and crushes i, legs… or murder ???
   and when we make the claim not the complaint, we or i, file i, claim …. for compensation holding whomever has the ward under its fiduciary duty to pay all claims on behalf of the ward of state or whomever has power of attorn’ey
   just a different way of thinking : )
