i live in the Pacific Northwest (USA). The governor and legislature of my state is attempting to pass what i would call a Karen Law – providing a phone number for people to call and turn in anyone not wearing a mask. The fine is to be $500 for each “infraction”. How am i to know who has reported me? On whom would i serve notice and what tresspass would this be?

In the example with the child protection services agent that was trying to get you to pay, how did she know to take you seriously? It seems like most men/women would no nothing of this type of law. Won’t most people continue to peruse you until you can prove your case in court and win?

I seems that if we were to tell a man acting as a police officer that we would charge for an order, that this would be taken as dishonrable, and lead to conflict. How is it that these men/women will understand what we are doing, and not take us to court?

I know of people that sign all documents with a corporation with ‘without prejudice’ above their name, which protects their rights, and has been used to not pay speeding tickets for example. Is this outside of what would be considered honourable in law for mankind?

when creating a notice to wo/man who works at the local property tax office, what’s the correct way to designate the location of the property – by street address, city, state ZIP, geographical coordinates, or perhaps just by wo/man name?

I am currently in a civil law country. It appears there is no trial by jury. Jon said once not to write notices unless you are prepared to go to court. Does the language and notices still work here and, if so, what happens if you invite someone to court where there isn’t going to be a jury?

There are online web tools like Grammarly which can check syntax errors in typed text, are there any online or embedded tools yet for checking law common to i, punctuation or use of past tense etc?
