I seems that if we were to tell a man acting as a police officer that we would charge for an order, that this would be taken as dishonrable, and lead to conflict. How is it that these men/women will understand what we are doing, and not take us to court?

I would add to this a realistic fact of the notion of brutality in retaliation if they feel threatened either from an ego stand point or survival. This is not a statement from free but from lived experience from my self, family members, and friends in various cities in the USA.
