If i notice several men and women who are jointly doing the same trespass upon i, can i take them to trial by jury all together or do i need to bring them individually?

In our court of record under oath, does the standard oath of “truth, the whole, truth and nothing but the truth” shift us to the legal? (since we are aiming for what is TRUE instead)?

You taught us to require the court clerk to have the sheriff serve the summons, but how shall we instruct the clerk if the man or woman being summoned is in different county or state than the sheriff?

If an “employer” requires a w-2, is it as simple as having no withholdings and notifying the IRS that i had no income for the year but received compensation for my work?

Is there anything we need to do to remove a previously filed Last Will and Testament from the public domain? Or do we just move forward with handling the intended transfer of property in the private with our children and give them the “notices” to file in court to not pay estate taxes, etc?

i have sent a correspondence to a woman that sometimes acts as a principal of my sons and daughters school regarding testing participation and that i do not understand or consent. she has thought my correspondence was rude. do i respond to her comment OR do i continue my notice sending ignoring all irrelevant topics raised by her?

If I am pulled over and do not have one of the documents an “officer” has jurisdiction to ask for does that give them additional/ further jurisdiction? i will still notice him i am a woman and i charge per order.

Can we devise any type of trespass so long as mankind generally agrees it’s a harm? e.g. you did not mention these, but i suspect these are legitimate trespasses: trespass by way of hazard, trespass by way of fraud, trespass by way terrorism, trespass by way of life imperilment? Or do we need to stick to a set list of trespasses?

If I purchase a home that has a smart meter, can I notice the electric company to remove it? Or have I accepted the meter since I purchased the house with it attached? Likewise, what if a wo/man has owned a house for years and just recently learned of the dangers of a smart meter, can they at any time notice the electric company to remove it?

Some people in our community have done a Live Life Claim and then have started to send notice to government/corporations by way of Affidavit to remove any Power of Attorneys that may have inadvertently been put in place – essentially moving themselves out of the public and into the private. Just wondered your view of this? Another friend had denounced his birth certificate issued by the government at birth essentially stepping out of that strawman process and showing authorities his live life birth paperwork and has so far been successful in court for travelling unlicensed and without car registration citing freedom of movement for a living man. I guess my question is – are all these other processes necessary, or just putting out notices of the law common to i, for my private life as living woman. Thanks.
