Thank-you for this opportunity to ask a question. i am thoroughly enjoying this course. At my place of employment both students and faculty are being effected by the vaccination mandates. There has not been a policy put in place and we have only been notified by emails that we are “required” to be vaccinated by October 31 and there may be some accommodations granted, all others will be locked out of the buildings. My first thought was to send notice to one of the people who has signed their name at the bottom of the email. I am not sure how to set it up though. The emails are filled with threats and lies about the safety of the vaccines. Is trespass by way of coercion appropriate? Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

How feasible is it for any wo/man to serve a notice upon the leader of a country, acting as a Prime Minister etc, for harm & trespass? I saw recent video footage of Chris Whitty being served with a notice for crimes against humanity. If a wo/man derives income from the government via benefit payments (eg. for illness/inability to work etc), can that wo/man still serve notices upon public servants that cause harm & trespass, in a way that does not put their source of income in jeopardy/depriving them of a means to live/survive?

i, as a woman, currently in refuge accommodation, after fleeing domestic abuse, would like to know more about writing a notice for trespass & harm. Those men & women acting as agents for the police in South Yorkshire have so far failed in their duty to charge the perpetrator. They have lost first disclosure evidence, have failed to obtain text records, have failed to obtain the perpetrator’s mobile devices etc. In addition, they have stonewalled both i & the woman acting as my ISVA, throughout the year, as well as gaslighting & lying to i. i therefore do not hold much hope for the case to go to court, as this crime was reported to police in November 2020. However i would like to know how the offender may instead be brought to justice through the LFM. Thank you.
