A man, in Australia, is being prosecuted by the ATO for ” whistleblowing” goung to the media, with fraud he was witness to in the Tax Office. The charge he faces is treason and 161 years jail. However, it is those who are behind this that have a treason case to answer. While I cannot reach him in person, it seems his Lawyers are not acting in his best interest. So while he is ” awaiting” sentencing, is he able to raise notices of trespass, against those who wish to silence what he was witness to? If anything, his Lawyers should be supporting him to counter offer orosecution with a claim, as a man, who acted in keeping with Law of Tort by protecting “men and women from further trespass by theft” and regardless of any non disclosure employment contracts, no one is by Law exempted from a wrong causing harm, by participating in Fraud, or silently standing by and allowing it, for that in itself is a crime. That man, who is a national hero, by some bizarre twist of Law, is being marked a ” traitor.” More importantly, as he acted perfectly in serving the ” the public” the fact his employers are acting as if he has betrayed the Country, actually highlights even more, that they themselves, are not serving the public and are in fact criminals stealing money, so can we as men and women, aid him by giving notice that as we call out the attempt to incarcerate a public hero, by committing a trespass somehow? What wording in a Notice would work here where we can collectively in Australia seek remedy?
