Can you write a notice on behalf or with a group of men and women who have exactly the same issue at hand and invite a wo/man who act as for instance a CEO of a company to court ? Say this is a big group of 100 men/women? If this is possible, how would you advise to adapt the notice writing and how to present as group at court?
