Hi, I would love a run through on refusing to take an order at a DUI check point, In Australia it is becoming common for drug testing at roadside DUI check points which i consider a medical procedure as the test is similar to PCR or RAT tests.

i, have locomotion through four check points in the past 10 years, each time i, go through, i am cordial,
1st time: man with badge: roll your window down several times to i, answer , : i did about 1″ only then why? do you need the window down can you hear me sir…..
2nd : man with badge: because i want to smell your breath answer no sir it is my breath and i do not give it to anyone, back n forth…
3rd.: man with badge: am i, being detained or free to travel /go
4th. man with badge: serge what do you want me to do… answer from serge… let him go…. :
the past several times i have been through check points i had a script ready and mastered in my head …. and it has worked every time without fail….;
i, have never had a checkpoint man with badge ever not laugh and say get out of here or go on as each laugh or snicker ;;;;;;
firs of all i, always have the window all the or half way down as i, come up to the point….
man with badge: says one or all three questions…. “have you been drinking, smoking or doing any drugs….. ”
Sir/mam… “i, do not drink, i don’t smoke and i, do not chew (tobacco) and i do not date the gals/woman that do…” as i smile and it has worked every time since….
sometimes if not always… as Jon and Greg speak when we lighten the stress, show no fear, make them laugh or feel like a man/woman down to earth [hu]– manistic] they tend to let their guard down and feel more than as a robotic policy enforcer trying to make a name or quota….
try it see how it works for you ….
however, if you want to re-fuse you set up a charge as a surcharge to re-fuse three times send a electrical shock into their system to harass I, you, us, me ,…
