How can I buy property/land as a wo/man and not as a legal fiction? Or is it better/easier to buy as my legal fiction and then de-register it?

would also be interested to know this in terms of land/house already owned and registered please, by being ‘registered’ are you giving away your right to do with it what you will (additional building) without causing harm .
