How do I create a summons to a man and claim as a woman that will be accepted by the court, and which court do I use … in the past I have filed Summon and Complaint in US District Court and US Federal Court, but they are strict about format. I have a legal service that will file the paperwork I create, but how do I create those documents in such a way that they won’t be rejected?
I seek guidance on preparing summons and claim paperwork, as well as which court to file the paperwork with and how to designate that court within the paperwork, all in a format that would be accepted by the court, while while avoiding titles and other things that put me and the man to whom I am making a claim outside of the realm of the real.
