How exactly do i determine what constitutes harm?

Clearly, to i, the highest law is ‘do no harm.’ This means that i, have a responsibility to do no harm while managing my property. But how exactly do we determine what constitutes harm? I am finding the answer given in the recorded lectures, where john essentially says that harm constitutes direct bodily injury, falls short of recognizing the nuances of harm. For instance, a wo/man might claim that another wo/man *not* getting the vaccine constitute harm. And if soul permeates all things in this universe, as implied by indigenous paradigms rooted in animism, what of harm incurred to animals, plants, minerals, watersheds, etc?
