I have done a “Claim of the Life” with J. Russell Gould. Is this document a valid way out of the birth certificate system?

'For the Claim of the Life' resonates with me. The Sovereign's Way resonates as well, it feels right. My intuition tells me that I must engage in this action to free myself legally from the system so I have a way to show their enforcement and bureacrats that I have legally exited their system using my full conscience to do so.
Do you have the same, or similar approach, and paperwork?
