I work for public sector in Melbourne Australia, we are requested to return to office 3 days a week in March, and no jabs no jobs still applies. They also request us to put in vaccination information on Corporate Health Management (CHM) portal. https://www.health.vic.gov.au/covid-19/covid-19-mandatory-vaccination-general-workers-order. Their exact word “These directions do not mean (the organisation I work for) is forcing you to be vaccinated. However, roles at (the organisation I work for) cannot be undertaken from home 100 per cent of the time. It is an essential requirement for all roles to start the agreed hybrid working model at the primary office/site in the near future. Therefore, receiving the COVID-19 vaccine is a condition of your role and you are required to comply with the vaccination conditions set by the CHO and you may not be able to continue in your role if you cannot comply with the CHO directions once a return to the office date is set.” What is the best approach? Should I send notice to my CEO or CHO Brett Sutton? Much appreciate your guidance.

They said these directions do not mean they are forcing us to be vaccinated. However, they make the roles at work cannot be
undertaken from home 100 per cent of the time. It is an essential requirement for all roles to start the agreed hybrid working
model at the primary office/site in the near future. Therefore, receiving the COVID-19 vaccine is a condition of your role and
you are required to comply with the vaccination conditions set by the CHO and you may not be able to continue in your role if
you cannot comply with the CHO directions once a return to the office date is set. I didn't input in CHM portal my vaccine status nor get vaccined. I was told to expect a termination letter. Also, they make us to use Personal Leave should someone had Covid, whilst removed Infectious disease leavev/wellbeing leave, as they knew it's never an infectious disease. they just had their ass covered but make our life extremely hard.
