If a man has dual citizenship (Canadian (dad) and American (mom)), born in the US but spent his entire life in Canada does he still have equal rights in both countries. I know in a module Jon stated that if you are not a citizen in the country you are doing law common to i that it is much more difficult. Can you easily use law common to i, in any country you have citizenship in?
