Is there anything akin to a ‘statute of limitaions’ ie: no. of years limitation in LFM for bringing a claim forward?

there is never a ” statute ” of limitations on anything that is within the law of mankind;
because i, it is i, court;

it is i, that file a trespass by way of….
it is i, that write the summons…;
it is i, that write notice with the statement of facts…;
it is i, that require a trial by jury…;
it is i, that write the order or judgment…;
it is i: i: i: i: i: i: get it ???; and it is i;
that write the song that makes the whole world sing….;
it is i, that right the song of special things….;

and murder, rape, theft, or arson, which are:
1. Mens rea is a Latin term meaning guilty mind, to be convicted of a crime, the law requires the deserving of punishment based on culpability or blameworthiness;
2. Mala in se crimes Criminal law is based on prohibiting acts considered to be reprehensible and punishing people for committing those acts.
Which all boil down to intent:
if i, intent is present, then it does not matter right or wrong, intent show malice, game over for the wrong doers…
This is why we use “is it your intent to cause or continue a trespass” ….
My short answer is no, I; do not believe there is ever a statue from I, court of record… law of mankind …;
