My banker will not give me my rrsp money without paying tax directly to the govt (on my behalf!! ugh). Is there anything I can do about this?

Also, I have gone down to my bank and asked them to remove my SIN. It was no problem to have it deleted from my personal banking information but my business banker will not remove my SIN from my corporate accounts. As Jonathon says "what tangled webs we weave". I am generally frustrated about this situation. I am mostly concerned about privacy.
