My service provider (Telus in BC Canada) has recently installed and activated 4G small cells outside of my house which are causing me harm. I am confident, after taking your course, that I can draft good notices etc., and I do have the Telus senior project manager’s email address and phone number but I have no street address to send notice by way of registered mail and I’m not even sure if it is he that I should be sending notice to. How can I know I have the correct employee and how would I find the correct address for that man or woman?

Who to notice within the company? These people seem anything but transparent.
