What are services we can negotiate, and what are services we cannot negotiate? For example, are heat and hydro monthly bills negotiable, or just something we have to suck up and deal with? Our internet and phone are services, too, and I can negotiate with them, so would that also apply to heating/air conditioning and water bills? There is only one service provider for hydro, and they raise rates often, we are also paying for “climate change” rate increases which we do not agree with. Are property taxes negotiable? If we are being denied services based on quackzine status, then certainly this is our opportunity to “opt out” paying for services, correct? if i can no longer use city pools, then i would take that as a reduction in property taxes, unless i actually have the option to fully remove myself from paying property taxes all together.
