what if the registered mail is delivered to a receptionist, not the wo/man I am sending notice to?
Does this lack sufficient evidence? Etc

excellent question i have had them frequently do this, i believe it is still as if they received it though regardless , it should be marked [ private ] in red ink brackets as well though , the UPU handles registered mail completely separate it gets vaulted hand delivered special delivery.
You can get the person to sign for it and then you receive back in the mail that they did sign for it. It’s an extra form at the post office and it just costs a little extra.
? it seems to have the receptionist deemed by man or woman to sign for her registered mail –or does the post person and receptionist take on risk of trespass?
How can it be made clear on letter only the man or woman can sign ?
