when buying land as man/woman does the party you buy from needs to act as man/woman as well? I’m currently in a process and notice fear of the reaction of the seller, will he distrust me, will he take back his offer? His wish is to do all ‘official’… thank you for speaking to this.

i intend to purchase land soon and am curious about the best way to set up the agreement as well, with a fresh slate, so as not to create complications down the road
What does doing it all official entail?
is it not important for it to be recorded with a title company for you? meaning if it has in the past been passed by deed and recorded with county…would you not want same recording? I am unclear how it is better to have own agreement —or should a new type of recording occur at the county office…?
