Where do i, a wo/man, start to address employers stating that I have to be vaccinated by a certain date and have to declare my intention and that declining is not an option, if I do not agree that my work may be terminated.

i have said that I am not declining i am waiting until the experimental phase is over and the man Brett say that does not answer the question(s); If i start with Brett, how far up the chain do i need to go?

  1. I’m wondering if there’s a term contract in place. If there is and your employer insists on adding clauses to that contract without your agreement then there’s a clear breach of contract. In any case trespass is both a criminal and a tort offence[ although I’m sure Greg will offer a simpler solution
