I have been considering creating a private trust for all my assets. I have been told that these are impenetrable to government confiscation. Do you have any experience with private trusts and are they worthwhile creating?

I live in Canada and do independent contract work for a U.S. based company. In the agreement I am presented to sign annually, I am called an “Independent Consultant” and must agree to “report to all applicable government agencies as income all compensation received by consultant pursuant to this Agreement.” It makes reference to Candian jurisdiction. It does not state I am an employee, so why would I be obligated to report “income”? Does not my being a man supersede any titles like “contractor”? I don’t want to report this as income anymore and want to stop filing taxes to the corrupt government. Any thoughts or suggestions?

For those who do not have the time or ability to master this stuff and we want to help them, how can we move the courts to allow us to represent others, when they are resricting it to licenced legal practitioners?

In Western Australia I was refused entry to Court to assist somone because of silly ‘Covid rules’ which only allow parties, witnesses and licenced legal practitioners. The Courts are no longer open to the public. How can I challenge this?

If you collect government pensions (in Canada we qualify at age 60), and we are covered under a government run health care system, are we disqualified to collect these pensions and health care if we become sovereign? This is a really important question.

We have a small family business with land and a building which is registered as Ltd. How do we protect that business should the UK government wish to claim it as theirs? Should we deregister the business? Or I heard that we should create a family Trust?
