A few months before beginning this course, I signed a contract to sell my share in a family LLC. As I read the language in the contract now, I can see all the mistakes I made. I signed as a “seller” rather than as a woman and the word “income” is used and a relevant tax code is even sited within the contract of sale. I would like to avoid the capital gains tax on the sale as I have a good and true and worthy vision and intention for these funds. Is it possible to avoid this at this point? The same question applies to the distributions I received from the company “income” for the past year. It seems like such a wrong to give these resources to the state and fed governments that are doing so much harm.

In 2012 the IRS began taking any money that was owed back to me after I filed my yearly tax return. This happened when the business I managed failed to keep current with payroll taxes. During a call with an IRS agent and the business’s accountant, the IRS agent added me to the business’s debt of over 10,000 in back payroll taxes. Meaning I was now responsible for this enormous debt. How can I end this and ask them to return the money taken from bank account since 2012? Thank you.

I received a DEMAND FOR COMPLIANCE OR POSSESSION (for not wearing a mask in common areas, for which there is nothing in the lease requiring it) on 27 July 2021 (unsigned) from the Landlord/Administrator of the apartments where i live which are subsidized for low income for people age 62 & older. After consulting with a few legal ‘authorities,’ i submitted a request for reasonable accommodation (the only option i knew of at the time) along with a letter stating reasons (reasons were required) on 9 August 2021. To date i have received no response whether it was accepted or not. I know this is in the legal right now. Even though no news is said to be good news, i do not want to assume that, nor to receive a 30-day notice to vacate the premises down the road. What would be the appropriate steps to address this in the private as what i believe is a trespass by way of intimidation (if not others) ? Thank you for these Q&A Calls – there are so many interesting questions from participants !
