i was in a marrige contract and was legal divorced in 2014 was given full legal and physical custody of sons and daughters. she was allowed supevised visitation with children. in 2017 she has made over 15 false claims agaist me. i been trying to have my claim heard for 5 years and they keep vacating it. i fired my attorney in june of 2022 i filed a notice to the man acting s=as a judge.and they are trying to take my children from me under false claims and acusation. My sons and daughters dont deseve this please help

Seems as dad’s 401k distro seems like it is not right. The amount on his last statment does not match what was distributed to the men and women who benefit. I am asking the management company for accounting. They manage the account for Scwab. Who do I ask for the accounting? Management co, Scwab, or if they went and did a bad thing and sent my property to the pirates at the IRS, to whom do I direct correspondence? I need to establish the accounting, I think.

In case of already existing scandalous judment, how would that look like if i, women who is in receipt of the judment, would apply LFM to this situation?

i, am at the courtrooms to file the created documents for setting up court of i, to press for a trespass, but the clerk is refusing to take them as they are not “regular” forms and clerk is not willing to accept law v legal. How would you ensure that the clerk accepts the paperwork of i, to enable court of i, to take place?

In the wake of what is happening in the current climate where many have lost their jobs and have appealed the their state human rights departments who are owned by the state thereby not receiving any true representation for said state; can we press claims again the human rights department in open court? Also, can we press claims against the state employer who fired us in the first place for their discriminatory practices ie., religious exemptions
