In the wake of what is happening in the current climate where many have lost their jobs and have appealed the their state human rights departments who are owned by the state thereby not receiving any true representation for said state; can we press claims again the human rights department in open court? Also, can we press claims against the state employer who fired us in the first place for their discriminatory practices ie., religious exemptions

  1. The man or woman who has performed the wrong. It is the employer, manager, principal, whoever provides the ” you are fired” authority. I am thinking, for example it is the manager who is accountable. He/she would be asked – “so you knew, that this woman had advised you, of the Law, you fired her anyway and consciously did a wrong, which requires remedy.” What the manager is to do not do a wrong, is pass the letter on to his manager or CEO, but take no action himself, on firing.
