If receiving no benefits from property tax how does one stop tax without consequence of them seizing your property.

related to this: we receive tax bills from various entities, are these bills lawful? i sent a notice to all men and women who have ever sent me tax bills saying that taxes are voluntary, the assistant county attorney replies that i am incorrect and to refer to New York State Real Property Tax Law. do i simply notice him again specifying that the property of i is not real property and that i am not a “tax payer”, a “citizen” nor a “resident”?
