did not complete previous question concerning entering canada before accidently hitting submit. Wanting to go back to canada after being in the usa for awhile. with husband. I have canadian passport he has us passport. to enter canada requires filling out arrive cam which is a contract consenting to quarantining and testing if unvaccinated. not consenting is an automatic fine. not having a vax pass is another automatic fine. how do i deal with this as a woman? can my husband be denied entry into canada being unvaccinated and not consenting to filling out arrive cam

I heard Greg say in one of the previous Q&A recordings that you can fill out conveyance documents for transfer of title to land and claim the “purchase price” as zero and therefore not pay transfer tax. This might be the case in Scotland but definitely not here in British Columbia, Canada where I’ve practiced real estate law for the past 8 years or so. Here the tax is payable every time title is transferred in the land title registry based on the “market value” of the property, regardless of the “purchase price.” This is probably also the case in most other provinces and territories in Canada. However, you don’t have to pay the tax if you don’t transfer the title in the land title office, for example, transfer tax is not payable if you transfer ownership through a trust agreement, but for this to happen, the seller has to be cooperative and you should be able to trust the seller will not sell or mortgage the title to the property without your consent. I wonder if John has had any experience dealing with land in this way in Canada and whether or not he paid the tax and registered title to himself.

I have two friends who are NYC Firefighters, along with a few thousand other Ny city employees, about to get fired for not getting the vaccine. Can you please walk us through a scenario of how they can best approach the sitiation. The city will fight tooth and nail to save face and arent going to just let them get their jobs back so I dont see it coming about easy. I’d love to help them but I’m still very new to all of this and have yet to fully comprehend and own the process with full confidence. Thank you!

Can the “powers that be” decide to change the laws and rules of the game when they notice too many people starting to wake up? Also, do you think all of these “gender identity” issues thay have come about recently, where as we seem to be losing the definition of what exactly a woman and man is could be a plot to eliminate those terms so that people would not be able to utilize that approach in court anymore? For example when judge Ketanji Brown Jackson “couldn’t” provide the definition of a woman in front of a congress hearing?
