My husband has received a letter from federal MPs including our PM that says he “must be vaccinated” and it’s “to protect youself, your loved ones and your community”, “…from hospitalisation and death”. Could this letter be used as evidence of trespass by way of extortion or intimidation; with claims that can be proven to be untrue given the evidence of vax failure to stop transmission and evidence of vax harm; hospitalisations in NSW Australia are mainly the fully vaxxed as reported by state health officials.

This letter has been sent out to people 60 years and older across Australia, signed by the Prime Minister, Minister for Health and Chief Medical…

If i use a Statutory Declaration to declare that i am unable to wear a mask for medical reasons, and which is signed by the ‘declarant’ being i and the authorised witness being the JP, and it writes about the person – hence all this being a legal contract, do i compromise my right to simply state no consent to wearing a mask? If i showed this to a police officer – at their order – without expressing my law, am i giving them implied consent to order me in this way, and which then makes me liable to pay any fine they issue to me?

i, ask what would be the key elements in a notice to the woman acting as the mother of my daughter moving to another country without my consent (and in fact aware of the precariousness of borders, travel per my expressed concerns); is this a trespass of theft of property (toddler daughter); say that i obtain visitation access in the future (which may require me to move country), would i still press a claim for compensation for the period of theft (7 months to date); would i claim compensation for the costs of needing to quit my work, relocate, air travel (if available) etc
