I am a divorced woman in the U.S. and am hoping there are other divorced men and women also want to know how to handle dealing with not wanting your children to get tested, vaccinated or would prefer that our children attend a homeschool, but the exspouse (who shares legal custody) disagrees and threatens to take to court or get the test or shot without my consent. Should I try to send notice to my exhusband, the school or wait to see if he really takes me to court? I have heard to avoid court at all costs because the judges are likely to make getting the Covid shot a court order.

when dealing with mask and vaccine mandates/regulations to enter into supermarkets- is writing a notice the best way to address this situation or are there better options? and if so, who is the notice addressed to, when the mandates are government requirements and enforced by security guards at the entrance?

how do i best express L4M, write notices, deal with the current restrictions and requirements of entry; as a resident in a country I was not born in and have no citizenship in? Can I file notices and the like in the same way or will i be putting myself at risk of being “kicked out” of the country?

born in germany but i live and grew up in the caribbean, (commonwealth country, former british colony – so i'm guessing it's a common-law country?)

Please clarify how best to date and time the escalation of notices; if i, require a reply or action within 21 days of date of first notice; then surely i wait out this period before sending a second notice on day 22; then specify shorter periods of time for reply or action in subsequent notices; is this right?

This is different from Greg's suggestion that 21 days be the total time from first to last notice (Module 3.5)
